HOW TO APPLY

CALICUT UNIVERSITY CENTRALISED ADMSSION IHRD MANAGEMENT ADMISSION     

Application for admission to various degree courses in Colleges of Applied Science against seats allotted to IHRD colleges for direct admission is to be submitted online through the website of IHRD http://www.ihrdadmissions.org The print out of the online application along with the details of remittance of required registration fee and copies of certificates should be submitted to the Principal of concerned colleges before the last date of submission of online application*. Separate print out of application should be submitted for admission to each College of Applied Science under IHRD.

Before applying online for admission to seats filled by Colleges of Applied Science under IHRD directly, the candidate should have completed the online registration at the University of Calicut CAP admission portal.

SINGLE WINDOW APPLICATION REGISTRATION FEE

The application Registration fee will be Rs 750/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates). Students will be able to give options to all the colleges of IHRD under Calicut University through single registration and payment. The application registration fee payment will be accepted only through SBI Collect as per details in the IHRD admission portal. Application Registration fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances. The details of application Registration fee remitted should be entered in the admission portal while submitting the online application also. Applications without application Registration fee will be summarily rejected.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

The print out taken after submitting online application along with supporting documents shall be submitted to the Principal of concerned College of Applied Science (Please see para 1, for the address for communication of the College of Applied Sciences) before the last date of submission of online application.* Late/incomplete applications/applications not in the prescribed form/applications without supporting documents/application registration fee will be summarily rejected.

A candidate can submit application for admission to Colleges of Applied Science under IHRD directly also if online submission of application is not possible. The candidate may download the application form from the IHRD website www.ihrd.ac.in and filled in application form along with proof of remittance of Application Registration fee may be sent by post to reach the office of the Principal, College of Applied Science where the candidate wishes to get admitted before the last date of submission of online applications fixed by the University of Calicut. In such case Application Registration fee may be paid through DD taken in favour of the Principal of the concerned College of Applied Science.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH PRINT OUT OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION

  1. Self-attested copy of the SSLC/equivalent certificate to prove the Date of Birth of
  2. Self-attested copy of the mark list of the HSE orequivalent.
  3. Self-attested copy of relevant certificate issued by competent authority for claiming weightage for N S S, N CC, Ex- service men
  4. Self-attested copy of Transfer Certificate/Course Certificate for claiming THSS

 

*The last date of receipt of application is subject to change in the University notification in this regard.
